Standard member directories charge recurring fees for static listings with no real financial velocity.

Why the Leaderboard / Advertising Index?

Traditional advertising platforms let the biggest wallets buy out the entire market, pushing local brands to the bottom. The Atlanta Black Business Board flips the script. We intentionally engineered our formula to keep the playing field level, keep the index highly competitive, and ensure real, working Metro Atlanta businesses get the heaviest financial support:

• Small Budgets: Receive a massive introductory percentage multiplier so even $1 listings walk away with a guaranteed, meaningful cash reward.
• The Mid-Tier "Sweet Spot": Is mathematically rewarded the most. Growing businesses that actively invest a competitive ad spend trigger the highest multiplication rate in our formula, earning the largest overall share of the bi-weekly pool.
• Giant Budgets: Hit a natural curve of diminishing returns. While top spots command maximum spotlight and direct traffic, this cap stops a single massive entity from monopolizing the entire index revenue share.

Our Payout Formula

Our payout algorithm uses Quadratic Distribution Weighting. Instead of proportional splitting where top spenders consume almost the entire pool, we calculate weight using the square root of your total cumulative ad spend.
